The Leopold Regeneration will aim to replace 166 existing poor condition homes with 450 New homes, with Community Spaces and office Accommodation - creating a new vibrant community and a dramatic new streetscape for St. Paul's Way. |

Our vision is to create a community that seamlessly integrates within the existing urban settlement and provides a much needed improvement to the streetscape along St. Paul’s Way. Ultimately the proposal will realise a development that re-provides the affordable dwellings, meets future housing needs, including affordable housing, family homes, flats and mixed use to provide a balanced, sustainable community. |

The Rebuilt homes on the
Leopold Area will provide high quality new homes for the Residents of
the Grey Blocks on the Estate - which has not been of sufficient quality
for many years.
There will also be a high quality Neighbourhood Centre which will be focus of Community Life in the New Leopold Area |
