Poplar HARCA have applied for planning permission for the rebuilding and regeneration of the Leopold Area. The Plans aim to create a safe and vibrant Neighbourhood for the Leopold Area and a dramatic Streetscape for St. Pauls Way. |

The Cafe Reconnect Deaf Club Opened in January by Jim Fitzpatrick MP and LART chair Andrew Mahoney, both members of the Deaf Community. The Club has been helped by a 5000 Pound grant from Orange Mobile Phones Community Future Fund. |
