Poplar HARCA have applied for planning permission for the rebuilding and regeneration of the Leopold Area.  The Plans aim to create a safe and vibrant Neighbourhood for the Leopold Area and a dramatic Streetscape for St. Pauls Way.

The First new kitchens and Bathrooms as part of the regeneration of the Leopold Area have been delivered.  Here LART Chair Andrew Mahoney meets Leopold Residents in their new Kitchens.  If any Leopold Tenant have not had their new kitchen and Bathroom yet - please contact LART.

The Cafe Reconnect Deaf Club Opened in January by Jim Fitzpatrick MP and LART chair Andrew Mahoney, both members of the Deaf Community.  The Club has been helped by a 5000 Pound grant from Orange Mobile Phones Community Future Fund. 

Theatre Performances on Leopold

During April there will be Theatre Performances in Shelmerdine Close on the Leopold Area.
