| The Leopold Area Regeneration will see all the remaining blocks in the Leopold Area, including the Red Blocks build in the 1970's and Elmslie Point, build in the mid 1960's fully refurbished - with new stairwells, entrances and security measures. |

As part of the Refurbishment of the Leopold Area - all Tenanted Homes will receive New Kitchens & Bathrooms and other improvements to bring the homes up to beyond the Decent Homes Standard.
